instructor package, suitable for police, military and
civilian defensive tactics instructors alike. The course
takes the student through health & safety, lesson
plans, running scenarios, use of equipment, external
considerations, assessment of students etc. One of our
most popular courses. Valid for two years. |

| Simulation Instructor
Re-Validation |
| A one day re-validation course that allows qualified
Simulation Instructors to maintain their qualification,
which is vital for insurance / liability. This course
will recap subjects covered on the initial course and
also update and develop skills. Valid for two years. |

Self Protection |
| From a total beginner on our initial course to the
more experienced student for intermediate and advanced
training, our courses are designed to give you what
you need to protect yourself in today’s often
violent environment. All courses contain elements of
environmental awareness training, conflict management
/ resolution, physical skills and very importantly,
UK use of force legislation. |

| Defensive Countermeasures |
| Building on the Advanced Phase of Self Protection
training or for students who have a level of previous
experience such as police, prison service, military
personnel. This is a more demanding 2 day course that
provides students with a more aggressive level of training.
Ideally suited to clients who operate in potentially
hostile environments who may have to rely on their physical
skills during a violent encounter. Again, this course
covers awareness, avoidance, legislation and justification.

| Third Party Protection |
| A1 day foundation course for providing students with
initial physical intervention skills for the protecting
of a third party / principal. From low level ‘soft
skills’ to avoiding, preventing and reacting to
physical attacks. Additional modules can be added to
provide additional relevant skills. |

| Nanny Awareness Training |
How much is you child’s safety worth? How
aware is your child’s nanny in today’s
potentially unsafe environment? Street robberies,
bag snatches, car-jackings are now a normal part of
the day to day life in the capital.
After many enquiries on this subject, and following
extensive research, we have put together a 2 day Awareness
Training Course to give our clients the best possible
advantage to keep one step ahead. This is not a re-hashed
bodyguard / self defence course, and will not expect
nanny’s to put themselves in danger. The main
thrust of the course is Awareness, Avoidance, Escape.
We also look at the aftermath of a violent encounter,
getting help to the scene and the physical / emotional
effects on victims so that they can continue functioning
effectively. |

Corporate training / team building courses are increasingly
popular. We can provide a weekends training that is
physically and mentally demanding, that requires students
to work together as a team and creates the desired
circumstances to encourage those team members to bond.
A course that as well as team building gives students
a valuable self protection skill on completion. |

| Locations |
We conduct most of our training in the Gatwick,
Surrey area. This is ideally located with London Gatwick
International Airport, M25 / M23 motorways and a mainline
rail station. There are a good range of hotels to
suit all budgets.
If as a group you would prefer to conduct training
in your own area, that can be arranged. This will
require a suitable venue and the instructors travel
and accommodation expenses to be covered. Details
on request. |

Minimum numbers of students attending courses are
ten per course. Maximum numbers can be negotiated, dependent
on environmental factors etc.
